Hello, hello!!! We’ve had a lot of rain here in the Atlanta area this week, so I felt compelled to make something bright and sunny and full of happiness! What’s happier and brighter than flowers??
Cut and Score with your Paper Trimmer:
- Pale Papaya – 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4 on the long side
- Basic White – 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
- Pale Papaya – 5 1/2 x 3
- Pansy Petals DSP – 5 1/2 x 2
Punch with the Medium Daisy Punch:
- 3 daisies from each of these colors of 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia
Dry Emboss with Tasteful Textile:
- The 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 piece of Basic White
Die Cut with Scalloped Contours:
- Use the Scalloped Edge to die cut both long sides of the Pale Papaya 5 1/2 x 3 strip
Assemble the Card:
- Fold the Pale Papaya on the score line at 4 1/4 and burnish with your Bone Folder
- Adhere the 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 panel of embossed Basic White
- Use your Pale Papaya Stampin’ Write Marker to create splatter on the Basic White
- Adhere the scalloped Pale Papaya layer across the center of the card
- Adhere the DSP on top of the Pale Papaya
- Adhere your punched flowers. Stack 3 of the same-colored flowers, offsetting the petals slightly. I recommend Mini Glue Dots for this task, as liquid glue tends to slide on vellum
- Finally, adhere 1 of each color of Loose Flower Flourishes over he center of the vellum flowers, again using the Mini Glue Dots
